This is absolutely one of my fave coffee shops in Pittsburgh- it’s so unique. All the workers are so sweet, the drinks are great, and the drink names give me such a good laugh. Nothing better than ordering a latte called BLOODY KISSES (raspberry syrup) at 8 am on a Tuesday

The staff is so friendly here!! Phoenix made me a matcha latte that I will be dreaming about. I highly, highly recommend the Bong Ripper matcha latte. It's legit the best matcha latte I've ever had. I love the atmosphere in here too. So unique compared to other shops in the city. It's a fun shop to enjoy a drink and I highly recommend walking down the street to the Oddities shop! Get you a latte from Grim Wizard, find some treasures at the oddities store called The Weeping Glass and then finish off with breakfast/lunch at Shelly's diner. All within 5 minutes of walking. That's a perfect morning

My husband, mom, and I were staying one night in Pittsburgh as we drove to NJ. I LOVE a good coffee and I always want to support local. Being on the road makes it difficult but I was determined to find one that ticked all the boxes.... then I found Grim Wizard. It reminded us so much of our favorite coffee shop at home so it was a must for me. The wonderful people of GWC greeted us and made us feel right at home. I was overwhelmed at all the options (even though I was looking at their menu all morning online). The person who helped us suggested the pallbearer and it was perfect. What you didn't know is we were on our way to a funeral in NJ, and this actually helped not only my caffeine addiction but work through the sadness. I laughed with every wonderful sip. My mom loved her coffee and so did my husband. This is more than a review on coffee, it's really a thank you to GWC. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and really... just really great wonderful humans. Can't wait to visit Pittsburgh again so we can just come hang out and drink amazing coffee.

We take a few trips out to Pittsburgh a year and we always make sure to stop at Grim Wizard a few times per trip! The staff is so friendly, it has a cool atmosphere, and most importantly the coffee is great! Many different, unique latte options with a rotating seasonal menu! I haven’t yet tried many of the food options but they have a “soysage” burrito that’s delicious! Definitely worth a visit :)

I love this coffee shop dearly. Seldom will an establishment grant the wishes of patron’s desire to hear anything but sad pappy music while getting an oat milk latte. The coffee is exactly what it’s supposed to be. The specialty drinks are creative and delicious.

My husband and I are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary here in Allentown and staying at a cute air bnb and the atmosphere of this coffee shop was perfect! Great place with great coffee and staff. It was a great morning start grabbing coffee here, the candlelit mass was delicious!

Delicious blends, including tea, which is welcome here! The green knight was really really good, and I loved that it was perfect drinking temp instead of scalding hot like most coffee places that attempt tea. Their vegan chorizo burrito was also very good. I loved all the murals throughout the place, including in the bathroom haha.
